Which clinic software knows when a patient is due back before she does?

Short answer: Appointbox and ANS both record product, batch and injection site on the treatment note. Appointbox adds automatic recall: each treatment runs its own clock, and the system prompts rebooking when it's due without anyone having to remember.

A treatment note that carries product, batch and site is what an inspector asks for. A recall clock that starts the moment you save that note is what keeps the diary full in twelve weeks. They're the same record. They should behave like it.
