Where MERIDIQ is genuinely stronger
Entry price and simplicity. A free booking tier that never expires, no lock-in, and a system a solo practitioner can be running in minutes. If the basics are all you need this year, that is a reasonable choice and we would say so.
Where Appointbox is stronger
- Built for UK prescribing. Daily NMC PIN check, face-to-face gate for new prescribing patients, a four-nation rule matrix by clinic location, an 18+ hard floor at booking.
- Flat, not per user. MERIDIQ's records price is per user; Appointbox Clinic is £99 for up to five practitioners and Group £199 per location for up to 15.
