Which clinic software reads the intake form before you do?
Short answer: Appointbox is the only system in this set that checks a patient's declared medications against a drug-interaction database, and refuses any treatment note that names a product outside the MHRA whitelist, automatically, as it's typed.
| System | Pre-visit forms by link | Drug-interaction check | MHRA product whitelist |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appointbox | Yes, hashed 14-day links | Yes, automatic | Enforced at the API |
| Pabau | "Forms & Charting" | Not published | Not published |
| Consentz | "Patient Intake" (Capterra) | Not published | Not published |
| MERIDIQ | "Patient registration portal" | Not published | Not published |
| ANS | Not published | Not published | Not published |

Most systems collect the form. Fewer do anything with it before you write the note. Checking what someone already takes against what's about to go in is the difference between a form that was read and a form that was used.
