The independent sample is the deepest in the category: Capterra 4.7/5 from more than 600 reviews and G2 4.7/5 from 278. The praise recurs on two themes, breadth of features and the onboarding team. The criticisms we read recur on two as well: per-user cost as a team grows, and implementation time, commonly reported at four to six weeks. We have not run a sentiment analysis and will not pretend to; read a page of each platform yourself before deciding. Where Pabau is genuinely stronger

Honesty, as promised. The same reviews that praise Pabau's breadth surface its trade-offs — onboarding complexity, implementation time, and cost pressure for smaller teams. If you're a prescriber-led clinic, solo to a handful of practitioners, the calculation flips:

• You know the full price before anyone has your phone number. All three tiers published; no quote call, no configured surprise, no renewal negotiation.
